Embroidery
Ideal for : polo shirts, toques/caps (3D possible), hoodies, coats.
When to choose? Thick or waterproof fabrics offer a premium finish and are very durable. Perfect for a simple heart logo or small to medium-sized logos.
Suggested sizes : chest 3.25–4", sleeve 3.5–4", back 10–11", cap (front) 3.5–4.75".
Minimum order : coats from 1 unit; other clothing from 12 pieces (depending on the project).
Delivery time: 2–3 weeks.
Screen printing
DTF (digital transfer)
Ideal for : small quantities, complex/multi-colour and gradient logos, multiple placements.
When to choose? Need flexibility, a high-quality finish, or a short turnaround time? For caps: transfer onto the front panel (avoid seams).
Recommended sizes : from small logo up to ≈12" (large back).
Minimum order : from 1 unit.
Delivery time : 1–2 weeks (often fast).
