Embroidery

Process

Embroidery is a high-quality decoration method where logos or designs are stitched onto promotional products using thread.

The process involves digitizing the design, selecting and hooping the fabric, setting up the embroidery machine with appropriate threads, and stitching the design. After finishing and quality checks, the items are packaged for delivery.

It’s a durable and professional branding option ideal for apparel, caps, and bags.

Tips

-Provide a Vector File: Whenever possible, submit your design as a vector image (EPS, or .PDF) to ensure the highest clarity and accuracy during digitization.

-Keep It Simple: Embroidery works best with clean, bold designs. Avoid excessive detail—less is more for a sharper, more professional finish.

-Use a Limited Colour Palette: Stick to a maximum of 8 thread colours to maintain clarity and cost-efficiency.

-Ensure Text is Legible: Avoid using fonts that are too small or overly intricate. Larger, simple text ensures readability once stitched.
